Since 2000 Burckhardt Compression is led by a dedicated management team with many years of experience in compressor business. Already before the MBO they have been with the company for a considerable period of time, representing a market-driven and well-coordinated team.
Burckhardt Compression participated in a public employee satisfaction survey conducted by the institute Trust Mark CFI, where the management was ranked as a major strength of the company.
