The Annual General Meeting of Burckhardt Compression took place on 29 June 2012 at 4 p.m. at the Parkarena, Barbara-Reinhart-Str. 24, Winterthur, Switzerland. The attending shareholders approved all motions of the Board of Directors. The dividend was set at CHF 7.00 per share. |
