Overhaul of four non-Burckhardt compressors helps steel mill becoming green
One of Europe's most significant steelmaking companies needed quick help to revive four non-Burckhardt compressors that had not been used in 10 years. The company turns one of its plants into a sustainable steelmaking plant fulfilling all environmental regulations set by the region, the country and the EU. They contacted the OEM and Burckhardt Compression for support. The customer works under a strict time schedule, tight budget and experts are needed for the overhaul of the compressors including auxiliary equipment such as motors and coolers.
