Our customer, one of the most efficient integrated steel-producing complexes in the world, operating in five strategic sectors of the economy, namely steel, mining, logistics, cement, and energy, needed support with their compressors. The company owns an integrated steel mill with five plants in Brazil. In one of the plants, our customer operates several Laby® compressors. Burckhardt Compression Brazil (BCBR) kept in contact with the customer to be there right when they needed a reliable service provider.

When the customer had issues with one of their Laby® compressors and was not getting the desired solution from a third-party provider, we were at their side to swiftly diagnose the compressor.
