Redura® compressor seals
Our Redura sealing range offers piston and rider rings, as well as rod sealing solutions, including pressure breakers, sealing rings and support rings. Additionally, our oil sealing range provides access to a wide variety of oil wiper elements. Persisto® materials
Building on our exceptional gas compression knowledge, we specially develop proprietary materials, under the name of Persisto, for all brands of compressors and applications, delivering ultimate reliability. Paired with our Redura range, this ensures an optimum solution for every application. We use custom-made compounds to produce our rings.
By designing and manufacturing everything in house, we maintain full control, which is crucial for our optimal sealing technology. Our design engineers have developed dedicated solutions for special gases and applications.
Designed for demanding dry-running, high-pressure hydrogen, oxygen, and methane applications, we offer special rings.
- RS 320 multi-piece sealing ring: Our exclusive design for all gas types and conditions in dry-running and lubricated systems.
- PJ piston ring: Ready for high loads in all gas applications, this design is an effective replacement for twin-ring designs.
- RB 220 pressure breaker trisemic ring: Compact and suitable for high differential pressures, designed for use in high-load dry running and lubricated systems with all gas types.
- LW 400 oil wiper element: Featuring our unique Razor Blade™ technology, this metallic wiper ring in a non-metallic retainer ensures lower surface pressure.
