Recruitment agencies

Are you a recruitment agency and would like to work with us? In general, we are open to onboarding new external recruitment partners. To build a successful collaboration, we first evaluate whether your services match our current recruiting needs and regional coverage. Therefore, we follow a clear onboarding process for recruitment agencies.

We only accept candidate profiles from recruitment agencies after successful completion of our onboarding process and only when a Burckhardt Compression contact has requested support for a specific vacancy. Please do not send speculative profiles or applications without prior alignment - these will not be considered.

To avoid misunderstandings, we do not accept unsolicited CVs sent outside our defined process (e.g., directly to hiring managers or via email without prior agreement). This approach is consistent with common market practice and helps protect candidate data and ensure a fair, transparent recruitment process.

1. Partnership application
   • We accept candidate profiles through recruitment agencies only after onboarding as recruitment partner has been completed. Please do not submit applications without checking with us first; they will not be taken into consideration.

3. Partnership evaluation
   • To start the evaluation process, please complete our agency registration form below. Once submitted, we will review your information and, if we see a fit, contact you to discuss next steps.

All vacancies, open for recruitment agencies are posted in our portal. Please use your respective login to access the portal and oversee our vacancies. For special requirements where we require your support to fill the position, we may notify you separately.

Some roles are not open for profiles provided by recruitment agencies. Kindly refer to our job ads.
