Our quality and EOHS policy

The goal of our quality and EOHS policy is continuous improvement in order to increase the value for the various parties of Burckhardt Compression such as customers, shareholders, employees, society and environment.

Our main focus is to support our strategic direction, to satisfy applicable requirements set upon us, as well as to implement relevant Quality objectives.

We want to reach the goals of our quality policy by a common leadership based on the EFQM model.

EOHS policy

Burckhardt Compression and its employees are committed to protect the environment & ensure Occupational health & safety of the organization through

  • Promoting EOHS awareness & participation amongst all workers and other interested stakeholders by implementation of ISO14001 & ISO45001
  • Complying with all applicable EOHS legislation and other requirements
  • Eliminating hazards and reducing EOHS risks
  • Focusing on prevention of pollution, ill health and injury to interested stakeholders
  • Continual improvement in EOHS performance by implementation of proper objectives.

Human rights and conflict minerals policy

Burckhardt Compression is committed to conduct its business in an ethical, legal and environmentally and socially responsible manner. This includes the responsible sourcing of materials. We also believe that human rights are fundamental rights, freedoms, and standards to which everyone is entitled.

Our Human Rights policy sets out our commitment and due diligence approach to support and respect internationally recognized human rights.

Our Conflict Minerals Policy is part of our supply chain due diligence to source materials responsibly.

Modern slavery and human trafficking statement

Respect for human rights is a fundamental part of our business conduct. This statement sets out our commitment and approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain, including the due diligence measures we have implemented.

Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy (ABAC)

Burckhardt Compression prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption and is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our ABAC Policy outlines the principles, responsibilities, and requirements that apply across our company and business relationships to prevent bribery and corruption. 

The policy is supported by more detailed internal procedures and controls covering specific risk areas, including third-party due diligence and gifts and entertainment, to support consistent implementation across our operations.
