Burckhardt Compression Holding AG to propose Tatiana Gillitzer as a new member of the Board of Directors

Burckhardt Compression, a leading provider of reciprocating compressor systems, has announced its intention to propose the election of Tatiana Gillitzer as a new board member at the General Shareholder Meeting on July 5, 2024.

Tatiana Gillitzer, a US-citizen, is a business leader with over 25 years of working and management experience in international organizations. She holds a degree in chemical engineering, a master’s degree in engineering and an MBA. Her success in different leadership roles in technology-based businesses within various industries make her a highly suitable person to join the Board of Directors of Burckhardt Compression. Provided she is elected, the Board of Directors plans to appoint her as a member to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

After 12 years of dedicated service, Dr. Monika Krüsi decided not to stand for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors of Burckhardt Compression Holding AG at the next General Shareholder Meeting. Ton Büchner, President of the Board of Directors, stated: “Monika has been a very valuable Board Member of Burckhardt Compression, with a great team spirit. She has been instrumental in her role as Chair of the Nomination and Compensation Committee as well as a member of the Strategy and Sustainability Committee. On behalf of the entire Board and Management, I extend my sincere gratitude for her unwavering commitment and guidance.”
