Change in potential Board nomination
As per our ad hoc announcements dated September 2 and November 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Burckhardt Compression in agreement with the former CEO Marcel Pawlicek considered and intended a proposal to the Annual General Meeting 2023 for inclusion of Marcel Pawlicek in the Board.
In the meantime, the Board has been informed by Marcel Pawlicek that he has decided not to stand for election to the Board of Directors. With the present portfolio and the number of mandates Marcel Pawlicek has accepted, the Board understands but regrets his decision and wishes him success with his future endeavors.
