Court rules in favor of two Burckhardt Compression employees

Burckhardt Compression acknowledges the recent decision of the Federal Criminal Court of Switzerland, resulting in the acquittal of two employees of Burckhardt Compression AG.

As communicated in February 2023, the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland had filed charges with the Federal Criminal Court against two employees of Burckhardt Compression AG (BCAG), accusing them of having exploited insider knowledge when they purchased shares for the company’s ordinary employee stock ownership program on behalf of BCAG in May 2020.

The Federal Criminal Court of Switzerland has acquitted the accused of all charges.
