Expansion of production capacities in the region

Burckhardt Compression AG will acquire and integrate the employees and machinery of Bosshard AG, a steel and machinery construction company in Aadorf. The Aadorf location will be maintained, and new employment contracts will be offered to the employees.

The growth of Burckhardt Compression AG is accompanied by an increased demand for experienced staff and production capacities. By taking over the workforce and machinery of Bosshard AG, a long-standing supplier, a favorable solution has been found for all parties involved. The family was particularly concerned with securing jobs and the location.

During our shared history and in the negotiations with Burckhardt Compression AG from Winterthur, we have found many similarities, especially in terms of culture and values.

For many years, Bosshard AG has been producing and machining parts for Burckhardt Compression AG's compressors. The excellent quality of the services from Aadorf was decisive in the decision to take over the employees and the ten CNC machines. For the employees, the transition offers the opportunity to work in a healthy and internationally oriented company.
