Redura® Low Pressure Sealing Systems
Incorporating the new oil wiper element Redura® LW 410 which is based on the superior, patented Razor Blade™ technology. It ensures precise and optimal oil removal and lowest surface pressure, increasing the lifetime of the ring and the plunger.
High pressure packing
The packing cups consist of a multi-ring design with
the inner cup shrunk into the outer ring in order to provide highest resistance against deformation. The Redura® high pressure sealing system is based on a heterogeneous design which includes at least two different high pressure sealing element designs for best Performance.
Central Valves
The central valves have to operate with absolute reliability at the highest pressure levels, up to 3’500 bara. Absolute precision and care for engineering, design, manufacturing and installation is crucial for maximum safety
